Parodos Theatre Company was founded in 2020 by long term friends Alex Armstrong and Charlie Williams.
Having always believed that there was more opportunity for traditional and classic plays to be produced and performed on the Island, part of the purpose of forming Parodos Theatre Company is to provide the opportunity for Manx actors to perform such plays and to further expand the scope of the type of theatre available on the Isle of Man.
Alex and Charlie each have experience of working in the theatre, Alex from a production and technical staging perspective and Charlie from a performance perspective. With this combined skill set, Parodos Theatre Company aims to provide quality theatre productions with a professional approach.
We successfully produced Much Ado About Nothing in 2022 and plans are in hand for our 2023 production of The Merchant of Venice.
